Problem statement
70% of adults in America report that they obtain insufficient sleep at least one night a month, and 11% report insufficient sleep every night. It is estimated that 50 to 70 million Americans of all ages and socioeconomic classes face this problem, And 20% of Americans are chronic procrastinators.
Both issues can be resolved by forming healthy habits to motivate a person and be more productive as well as getting a good amount of sleep too. Keeping a consistent schedule and physical activities can help overcome the problem of laziness and insufficient sleep. To conclude, A motivational guide to help people form healthy habits and improve their lifestyle.

I will build a website for a soon to be launching App with a Demo and information and ask people to sign up for the waiting list.
